The cuisine, under the direction of Executive Chef Jerry Regester, is regional with an emphasis on seafood and a variety of local seasonal products. Chef Jerry's specialties include New England Clam Chowder, Dungeness Crab “Louie,” Monterey Bay Red Abalone, Caramelized Diver Sea Scallops and Grilled Angus New York Steak.
